3. What’s the turnaround time?
Ready-to-ship items: 2–4 business days
Custom orders: 5–10 business days depending on design

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

5. Do you ship?
Yes! We ship within the U.S.
You’ll receive tracking info once your order is sent out.
6. Can I pick up my order locally?
If you’re local (and pickup is available), we’ll message you with location and time options once your order is ready.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Because most items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. If there's an issue with your order (wrong size, damaged item, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it — we’ll do our best to make it right.
8. How do I care for my shirt or tumbler?
Apparel: Wash inside out on cold, no bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry.
Tumblers: Hand wash only. Do not soak or microwave.
